Garden of Delights – TimeOut New York

You'll feel like you're at a neighborhood party, even if you don't live on the brown-stone lined side street where you'll find Bello Giardino (71 West 71st St., 212-875-1512). The living room-scale dining room with its white tile floor and long, comfortable banquette has a constant, friendly buzz, and the backyard garden, a cozy expanse under a canopy of grape vines, is in full swing into November. The classic Italian menu hits all the high notes. The ample pasta list includes the house specialty lobster ravioli in a brandy cream sauce, backed up by plenty of tempting fish, chicken and veal specialties.
